Greetings all! 

District court will resume walk-in/in-person arraignments from 8:30-11:30am, Tuesday – Friday, beginning next Tuesday, April 26, 2022.  An attorney from the Saginaw Defenders Office will be present at the court house to interview individuals in-person prior to arraignment.    

There will be no walk-in arraignments on Mondays at this time.  We will continue to conduct Zoom arraignments in the afternoons only pursuant to current practice.  No morning call-in Zoom arraignments unless authorized/scheduled by an individual court.  Private attorneys may have clients arraigned in person during walk-in arraignments or continue to contact the arraigning court to schedule Zoom arraignment.    

The current practice for in-custody arraignments will continue without modification.

For traffic and criminal divisions, please continue to schedule afternoon call-in arraignments.  You may notify individuals of the option to appear in person for arraignment Tuesday-Friday from 8:30-11:30a.
