Good afternoon, The Michigan Supreme Court’s Commission on Well-Being in the Law’s Incentivizing Well-Being Committee is revisiting a proposed court rule that would allow attorneys to schedule a reasonable amount of personal time by providing advance notice to opposing counsel and the courts where they have pending matters.
