having trouble viewing this message? read it online
 
Anyone know the reason criminal cases have been scheduled for "motion" hearings four months out. My client has/had a bench warrant out for her arrest for failing to show up in April for a hearing. Court docket as shown on public computer site does not show she was arraigned on the BW and she isn't in jail. What's up?
