Please be aware that the Saginaw County Bar Association has not and will not endorse any political candidate for this or future election cycles. The email in question was sent at the behest of another SCBA member and was intended to come from their email address but instead sent in error from SCBA@PROTECTED.
The Board will review what policies (if any) currently govern the use of the Listserv and make any changes deemed necessary. I will update the membership in a future issue of the Summons with any policies that the Board chooses to adopt concerning the Listserv.
