I am looking to consult with an attorney about taking a case for a client. The facts are:

Wife had estate plan with everything to go to husband, then if the husband died prior, to the children.

While on her death bed, another person, not heir and not devisee, appeared at the hospital and the beneficiary on the wife's IRA was changed to this person through a digital signature on the now deceased's cell phone.
