In a continuing effort to efficiently process Judge Borrello’s docket and to help his office be more responsive to inquiries, please be advised of the following:

 

Scheduling of Hearings

Please direct all requests for hearing dates and questions related to setting hearings to the County Clerk, Circuit Court Records Office at 989-790-5540.  Please do not call court staff for hearing dates or scheduling matters.

 

Requests for Adjournments

Court staff will not respond to requests for adjournments over the phone or email.  All requests for adjournments must be made by filing an appropriate motion or stipulation and order, with good cause shown.  If the Court does not grant your request, you are required to appear.
