I am looking for an attorney for this referral:

Client is full time care taker for his daughter who was injured in a car accident. Farmer’s Insurance makes the PIP payments directly to the father. For many years this went on normally, but over the past year or 18 months, and after a change of insurance adjusters, payments have been coming irregularly and sometimes with errors, and causing the caretaker financial problems, including having received a civil judgment against him recently.

He is looking for someone to address Farmer’s Insurance.
