Effective immediately, Judge Trice’s judicial assistant will no longer schedule hearings in civil or criminal cases that are to be heard on Monday afternoon. All hearings before Judge Trice are to be scheduled through the Circuit Court Clerk’s office. Judge Trice hears all criminal and civil motions on Mondays at 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., respectively. The Clerk’s Office will schedule no more than 3 motions in each time slot. In the event a motion must be heard on an emergency basis, an attorney may contact Judge Trice’s judicial assistant to schedule the matter for hearing.
