LSEM is seeking a Pro Bono attorney for a DO Divorce case. The parties have been married for 16 years. A divorce was filed by the spouse and our client was served personally at the end of May and has 21 days to file her answer. There is marital property that will need to be discussed and divided. The other party is represented and our client is not in the position to handle this pro se. LSEM has gathered most of the details needed for the case.
