I am looking to refer a Medicare matter. The client has been within that system for about 10 years and she will have complications regarding a two 9 year old deeds to a house that led her to became half owner as tenants-in-common with a "non-spouse.” She never lived at that address nor will she ever live there. The male co-owner has deceased and I have opened his estate but now I am looking for someone to address the Medicaid issue with the lady co-owner.
