I represented a client in federal court on a petition for early termination of supervised release.  It appears he is getting divorced.  The spouse's attorney sent me a subpoena demanding copies of the retainer agreement, checks received, etc. regarding fees paid to me for services.  It seems like this is privileged information.  Thoughts?
