Responsibilities:

• Foundation and Trust management
• Estate planning and probate work including conservator and guardian estates
• Drafting letters, contracts, purchase agreements

• Assist with real estate transactions
• Basic Corporate and Business law matters
• Minimal litigation work
• Balancing accounts and approving time sheets
• Delegating finances to appropriate accounts

Experience:

• 3+ years minimum Legal Assistant experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Word, Excel, and Quickbooks proficiencies
• Working knowledge of case management software
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer literacy
• High school diploma/College preferred
• Legal Assistant Certificate a plus
