Hi everybody,

I have been getting some questions about whether we are to report to Court after the initial date of April 6, 2020 that was Ordered prior to the Governor’s Order. Judge Jackson has confirmed that the current Executive Order with a date to return to work of April 13, 2020 does supersede the local Order – this includes any further Executive Orders that may come as well.

If you have normal scheduled hearings during the week of April 6, those will need to be re-noticed. If you have emergency hearings scheduled please contact the Court at the numbers provided by Judge Jackson to find out further options. All other provisions will remain in place until the April 13 date. I will update with any new information.

Saginaw County’s website outlines that if you have Orders to pick up there is a pick up folder at the entrance of the Court, if you have to file something with a filing fee you can mail that in or put in a dropbox at the entrance of the Court. If you have filings that do not have a fee then you can mail that in, fax to (989) 790-5248, or you can also email to NPerez@PROTECTED.
