Faxed documents will be collected and stamped each morning. Only filings that do not require a fee and under 20 pages.  Fax number 989-790-5248

Emailed documents will be processed daily. Only filings that do not require a fee and over twenty pages.  nperez@PROTECTED

Documents that require a fee will need to be mailed or placed in the drop box outside the courthouse.

Phone messages will be addressed daily. 989-790-5544 (only)
