The attached SCAO documents are to be used for purposes of Saginaw County Probate Court, as amended, to conduct hearings remotely with Zoom. The Court must verify that all participants are able to proceed remotely in order to proceed with a remote hearing.  These include most probate matters including civil matters, name changes, and personal protection orders.
