The Saginaw County Probate Court,  is utilizing these two SCAO forms, as amended with our information, to conduct hearings remotely by Zoom.  The Court must verify that all participants are able to proceed remotely in order to proceed with a remote hearing.  These include most probate matters, as well as civil actions, name changes and personal protection orders.
