Updated Domestic Relations Hearing Schedule (June 9, 2020)

Monday:  Motion day will continue as normal and the previously designated 2:30 spot is now removed.

·         10:30 a.m. H-O

·         1:30 p.m. P-Z   

Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. DO Motions

            10:00 a.m. Attorney Represented Pro Cons

            11:00 a.m. Pro Per Pro Cons

Thursday: 12:30 p.m. FOC Show Causes

If attorney needs special motion date they can contact Judy and she will schedule another time.  All other open times will be filled with Evidentiary Hearings.

SETTLEMENT CONFERENCES:

I have attached additional instructions for SETTLEMENT CONFERENCES.  Judge Borchard is now requiring that a Settlement Conference Summary be submitted within 7 days following your settlement conference.  Instructions and the Summary form are attached.
