Members of the Bar:

A week ago I requested your help to conduct court business more efficiently – and I appreciate your efforts.  I would like to add a couple more requirements for my court regarding criminal pleas so that everyone’s time is utilized more efficiently.

1. Executed Plea Agreement Forms (SCAO FORM MC 414 (6/18)) are REQUIRED to be emailed to my judicial assistant, Lauren, no later than 9:00 am the day of the plea.
2. Please include any applicable HOA status and the MAXIMUM penalty for each count, as the Court is required to so inform Defendants at the plea.
3. Executed Advice of Rights Circuit Court Plea (SCAO Form CC 291 (6/19)) are REQUIRED to be emailed to my judicial assistant, Lauren, no later than 9:00 am the day of the plea.
4. Failure to submit either completed Form will result in the adjournment of the plea.
