Good morning.  To cast a wider net, Legal Services will periodically be sharing pro bono opportunities to the list serve.  Here is a summary of a case where we need help.

LSEM is seeking a pro bono attorney to represent a client in a divorce. The client has learning disabilities and would not be the best fit to handle this divorce pro se. The parties were married in 2004 and separated approximately 10 years ago. They have one minor child together. The minor child is 16 years old. The parties do not have any property or debts together. Custody will not be an issue in this matter as the father does not spend much time with the minor child.
