The motion hearings that are extended out are mainly for the expungement  hearings.  (Motions to set aside judgments)

Anyone know the reason criminal cases have been scheduled for "motion" hearings four months out. My client has/had a bench warrant out for her arrest for failing to show up in April for a hearing. Court docket as shown on public computer site does not show she was arraigned on the BW and she isn't in jail. What's up?
