NOTICE OF AMENDMENTS TO LOCAL RULES

 

On December 4, 2023, the Judges of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan approved amendments to the following local rules:

 

  • LR 4.1, Issuance and Service of Process
  • LR 7.1, Motion Practice

 

The amendments will be effective January 1, 2024.  The text of the amendments may be found at http://www.mied.uscourts.gov/.
