EASTERN DISTRICT OF MICHIGAN

 

NOTICE OF AMENDMENTS TO LOCAL RULES

 

On December 2, 2024, the Judges of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan approved the following new local rules:

 

  • LCrR 32.2, Standard Conditions of Probation and Supervised Release
  • LCrR 32.3, Preliminary Orders of Forfeiture

 

The new rules will be effective January 1, 2025.  The text of the amendments may be found at http://www.mied.uscourts.gov/.
