It was brought to the Boards’ attention that not everyone could open the copy of the bylaws provided in the March issue of the Summons.  The current bylaws are attached to this email.
The bylaws committee is interested in members’ input and feedback.   It is intended to finalize draft amendments so members can vote on them at the Annual Meeting on June 26th.
Please send any comments or suggested revisions to the Board at scba@PROTECTED
