Legal Services has been in contact with an heir to an already opened probate matter in Saginaw.  The heir is not the PR.  The PR has done all things required - filed inventory, paid fee and noticed creditors.  The PR is failing to complete administration, which includes selling real estate and distributing proceeds.  The estate may close soon for lack of administration.

This person is low income but this case is not a priority for us.  Would anyone consider a free consultation and discussion with the heir?  Pro bono assistance in completing the estate is not expected unless you feel compelled to do so after meeting with her.
