I am looking for someone to consult with a man who called my office.

A relative of a beneficiary of a trust is concerned that the trustee has not fulfilled his duties in terms of distribution to the beneficiary and may have appropriated some or all of the trust money to himself.

The trust inventory is in the multiple tens of thousands of dollars. The beneficiary lives in Genesee County.
